| CRNA Together is working intimately with a health system in lower central MIchigan to help them add at least an additional 3 1099 CRNA clinicians per day to their anesthesia program. This will be a long-term CRNA opportunity with CRNA Together that will extend into 2026. CRNA Together is seeking a board-certified CRNA for a1099 locum tenens opportunity in Big Rapids, MI. Ideal candidates will have an active MI state license and no malpractice or disciplinary history, and ongoing availability beginning September 2025. · 1099 Rate: $290/hr – plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail . Daily Schedule: 8hr with opportunity for nightly and weekend call · Call Schedule: 3:30p-7a nightly, weekend call is Friday at 3:30p-Monday at 7a (1 shift) - callback is rare · Pager Call Rates: Weekday $700/shift, Weekend $2200/shift · Case Types: endo, OB, ophthalmology, general surgery, ortho, podiatry, urology · Skills Required: spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks · Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS .
